SHIPPING:

Where: We can ship to virtually any address in the world!

Cost: Shipping cost is determined by the size and weight of your order, the delivery address and the method of shipping chosen during checkout.

Time: When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the shipping option you choose and the delivery address.

USPS
- First Class (Domestic & Int): The cheapest shipping method available.
     - Domestic shipping time is 2-5 days.
     - Canada shipping time is 3-7 days.
     - Europe shipping time is 2-4 weeks.
     - Other shipping time is 2-6 weeks.
- Priority (Domestic & International): Faster service.
     - Domestic shipping time is 1-3 days.
     - Canada shipping time is 2-4 days.
     - Europe shipping time is 4-8 days.
     - Other shipping time is 5-10 days.
- Priority Express (Domestic & Int'l): Fastest service
     - Domestic shipping time is 1-2 days.
     - Canada shipping time is 2-3 days.
     - Europe shipping time is 2-4 days.
     - Other shipping time is 3-6 days.

UPS (Domestic Only)
- Ground (Please see shipping map below.)
- 3 Day Select (1-3 business days)
- 2nd Day Air (1-2 business days)
- Next Day Air (1 business day)

RETURNS

Please note: We cannot accept food items.

We want to make all returns as easy as possible.  Please send us a message through our Contact Form or call 800-983-3867 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the return address.  Once returns are received we will issue a refund within 2 business days.

If you wish to exchange any items, we suggest placing a new order and returning the other items for a refund.
